A simple push or pull balanced force acting on an object does not change the state of rest or uniform motion of the body.
Newton's Second Law of Motion states that the rate of change of momentum of an object is proportional to the applied unbalanced force in the direction of force.
The mathematical expression is given as: F = m × a where F is the net force, m is the mass in kilograms, and a is acceleration.
