Terms of Use

These Terms incorporate Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement to the extent applicable.

1. Description of Service

NEET Preparation is an independent educational reference application providing:

• Chapter-wise and year-wise solved multiple-choice questions from past NEET, AIPMT and CBSE examination papers (1988–2026)
• Study material organised according to the NCERT syllabus
• Mock Test, Speed Test and Practice modes with score and performance analysis
• Bookmarking, result history and revision tools including mind maps, formula sheets and review notes

2. No Official Affiliation

The App, its content and DECMAC SOLUTIONS are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the NEET authorities, the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT), or any other government or examination body. The terms “NEET”, “AIPMT”, “CBSE” and “NCERT” are used solely in a descriptive and educational capacity to identify the historical examination content covered by the App. All such names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.

3. Educational Purpose Only

All content — including questions, hints, solutions, explanations, mind maps, formula sheets and review notes — is provided for educational and informational purposes only. Solutions and explanations reflect our own team’s understanding and interpretation of the subject matter and are not sourced from or verified by NTA, NCERT or any official body. While we take reasonable care to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee that any question, answer, hint or solution is error-free, complete, or reflective of the current official NEET syllabus or examination pattern. For official information regarding NEET, always refer to NTA’s official website and notifications.

4. Eligibility

The App is intended for students preparing for the NEET examination, generally aged 13 and above. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you should use the App under the supervision of a parent or guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms on your behalf.

5. Account-Free Usage & Local Data

The App does not require account creation. Your test results, bookmarks and notes are stored locally on your device. You are solely responsible for backing up any data you wish to preserve. We are not responsible for data lost as a result of app deletion, device loss, device reset or operating system issues.

6. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Certain features may be offered through an auto-renewing subscription or a one-time in-app purchase, billed through your Apple ID.

• The subscription price is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the price agreed at purchase, subject to any price change notified in advance under Apple’s policies.
• You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time in Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions on your device.
• Cancellation of a current subscription is not permitted during the active subscription period. Any unused portion of a free trial period, where offered, is forfeited upon purchase of a subscription.
• Prices may vary by country or region and are subject to change.
• Family Sharing is not supported for subscriptions purchased through the App.
• All payments are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be directed to Apple in accordance with Apple’s refund policies, as we cannot directly process App Store refunds.

7. Advertising

The free version of the App displays third-party advertising served via Google AdMob, including banner, interstitial and rewarded-video formats. Advertisements do not constitute an endorsement by us of any advertised product or service. You may remove advertising by purchasing the applicable Premium upgrade where offered.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, except as permitted by applicable law
• Use any automated system, including bots or scrapers, to extract question content in bulk for redistribution
• Copy, reproduce, republish or commercially redistribute the App’s question bank, solutions or study material without our prior written consent
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

9. Intellectual Property

All original content compiled, curated or authored by us within the App — including our organisation of questions by chapter and topic, our written hints and solutions, mind maps, formula sheets, and the app design and software — is the property of DECMAC SOLUTIONS and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Historical examination questions are reproduced for educational reference purposes. If you believe any content infringes your rights, please contact us using the details in Section 16 and we will investigate promptly.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY CONTENT IS COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, DECMAC SOLUTIONS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, EXAMINATION PERFORMANCE OR OPPORTUNITY, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE APP SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services including Firebase, Google AdMob and RevenueCat. We are not responsible for the availability, performance or practices of these third parties, each of which is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.

13. Changes to the App or Terms

We may modify, suspend or discontinue the App, or any feature of it, at any time without liability. We may update these Terms from time to time; continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and delete it at any time.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
