These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and RK Technology ("we", "us", or "our") governing your use of the mobile application Ncert: Books, Solutions & Note (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Who We Are

The App is developed and operated by RK Technology. You can reach us at koratpiyush05@gmail.com.

2. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the App on Apple devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial educational use, in accordance with these Terms and Apple's App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of the App except as permitted by law.

3. Educational Content Disclaimer

Important: The App is an independent educational tool and is not affiliated with, authorized by, sponsored by, or associated with NCERT, CBSE, or any government entity. NCERT textbook content is publicly available; official materials can be downloaded free of charge at ncert.nic.in.

Content in the App — including solutions, notes, AI-generated answers, and flashcards — is provided for study assistance only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that any content is complete, correct, or up to date, and it is not a substitute for official curricula, teachers, or professional advice. AI-generated responses may contain errors; always verify against your official textbook.

4. Free Plan and Advertising

The free plan is supported by advertising, including optional rewarded videos that unlock certain features (such as annotations or bonus AI questions). Ad availability is not guaranteed. We may change which features require ads or a subscription at any time.

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and original content, is owned by RK Technology and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. NCERT textbook materials are the property of their respective owners and are provided in the App as a reading convenience for publicly available material. Your personal notes, highlights, and flashcards remain yours.

8. Third-Party Services

The App relies on third-party services, including Apple (App Store, StoreKit, on-device Apple Intelligence), Google AdMob (advertising), and RevenueCat (subscription management). Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RK TECHNOLOGY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR ACADEMIC OUTCOMES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 7, 10, 11, and 14) will survive.

13. Changes to the App and These Terms

We may modify, add, or remove features of the App at any time. We may also update these Terms; the updated version will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India, unless applicable consumer law provides otherwise.
